PLAYAZ History
Founded by Moiz Ali in 2001, PLAYAZ is a streetwear apparel business, and at its heart, represents youth subculture and the evolution of style and quality. It has developed and grown over the years through various parellel and more sophisticated paths, frequently venturing beyond the market and into the fields of art and design. In the early years, youth and subcultures started contaminating fashion, soaking it with the raw and flammable materials that came from real life in a world that was radically changing. PLAYAZ's a typical and unique identity was established following several subculture crossovers, leading to and passing by a multitude of milieus, but at its core, subverted the Hip Hop, Skate and Club culture scenes. Through our understanding of the consumer and the generation, PLAYAZ easily became a beacon of style, straddling multiple genres and cultures.
PLAYAZ has been operating for the past 19 years with passionate connoisseurship and careful attention to detail, giving us authority and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the apparel industry. Coupled with our commitment to research and production, our approach is filled with a deep love and passion for fashion, quality and design.
